The Smoky Mountain Run
Run through Townsend, finish beside the river and celebrate with S'mores in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Townsend became the newest S'mores Run location in 2025. The race uses Townsend's greenway and finishes at Townsend Abbey.
After the race, gather beside the river where water rushes over the rocks just beyond the patio — a naturally beautiful backdrop for the fire pits and S'mores celebration.
With the Smoky Mountains all around, this one's worth the trip. Make a weekend of it.
